PARRISH PROFESSIONAL CLEAN – Built Upon the Vacation Rental Management Association (VRMA) “Safe Home” cleaning program, we further expanded our existing high standard of housekeeping at our properties where hospital-grade cleaning products and protocols were already in use. Our goal by layering on the recommended new steps is to provide our guests assurance and peace of mind that when they stay at any Parrish Kauai property that every effort was made to ensure a high level of cleanliness, sanitation and disinfection.
The Parrish Collection is a locally owned and based real estate management company that specializes in vacation rentals on Kauai and Maui. The condo was perfect for our family of 5 vacation. Plenty of space and exactly as advertised. The unit was clean and the location was wonderful to be able to walk to the beach.

Host communication was great. We really liked the unit, it was much bigger than I expected and very clean and updated. The lanai was amazing and so spacious. Really appreciated all of the "extras" that were available - snorkel gear, umbrella, beach chairs, body boards, cooler, etc. I really liked the location of the condo (short walk to the beach) and close to other great spots in Poipu. My only complaint was the lack of AC - this may have been disclosed when I booked but I missed it. There were lots of fans provided which was helpful, but we were there when it was pretty warm even at night.
