This was a very nice condo. It was extremely clean, great location, quiet, and it had everything in it that we needed. I would definitely stay here again.

The condo was perfect for our stay! It was a great location, friendly neighbors, convenient assigned parking, fantastic pool and grilling/social area. The resident manager on site was also very friendly. As others have mentioned, the furniture is well-loved and could use updating for comfort. A coat of fresh paint would do wonders, also. Neither of those thing would detour us from staying again, though! The condo was cozy and felt like home away from home, a perfect launchpad for all our adventures. We are on a strict diet and appreciated being able to cook our own food, too. All in all, we loved our stay at the Kona Isle!

This unit is located in a cute older complex that is well maintained. We loved the ocean views and the laid back vibe. The washer dryer was super helpful to have and the AC worked great!
The only downside was that the unit itself needs a deep clean -- the wall and pictures in the bathroom had greasy dust and the bedroom had dust rolling around too. The bedroom could really use a coat of paint -- the north wall is super scratched up adding to the dirty appearance.
It would also be helpful if the unit had a blender.
