This Palmetto Dunes island beauty is at the end of the beach path, so you’re just a few flip-flops or barefoot steps to the ocean and fun in the sun. The first-floor living area has a beautiful open floor plan with 3 bedrooms, all with their bathroom, a stunning island blue kitchen, and a spacious dining area. Upstairs, you will find a bunk room, a bedroom with 2 queen beds, and a full bath. Outside this main living space awaits your secluded, private pool and deck surrounded by moss-draped live oaks and palm trees. There is plenty of room to lounge in this patio space, which is perfect for grilling out and entertaining.

This was an amazing vacation spot. We had 11 in our family and the house seemed very spacious and clean and had all the right things stocked for vacation. The distance from the beach was amazingly close. Many of our family members walked out for dun rise and coffee, many memories are made and we hope to come back again! Thank you for sharing your house with us.

Great remodeled, spacious, luxury home, steps from the beach! A private pool in backyard, which is lovely, but leaves nonstop falling in the pool. There is a skimmer, so you can clean it before getting in. So not a huge deal. Located on the main road in Pametto Dunes, but feels very private, as it’s tucked back off of the road.

We had a wedding party staying at this house, reserved for 15 people. We were only given TWO parking passes with our reservation, despite the fact that reservation included the whole party. We were not told that we'd need to purchase additional parking passes at $25 a piece, and specific types of passes for the makeup artist and photographer who came to the house for a few hours. We ended up spending almost an additional $200 on passes, and interrogated by the Lt. of security, which seems insane considering we told the property owners how many people would be at this home for a wedding weekend. It made for a legitimate nightmare on the wedding day. Someone also came to clean the pool on Saturday at noon, which seems like an awful time to do something like that during someone's reservation. Wanted to enjoy this place but the pass situation at Palmetto made the whole experience sour. Will not stay in a gated community on Hilton Head ever again.
