If you are under the age of 25 at the time of your reservation, you will also be required to sign a liability form agreeing to our underage policy. Both forms state that any noise complaints, mischievous activity, disrespect of staff and/or other guests or not following property rules will result in immediate eviction with zero refund.

Pool /lake swimming area is the jewel of this location. I'm positive there are nicer rooms at the Grandview, 5A is not anything special. We were there midweek (not a.busy weekend where it might be difficult to keep up)and the hallways had garbage on them the entire time we were there. The room was clean. The TV wouldn't hookup to wifi so that wasn't a go. There aren't curtains, just plastic slat blinds so the light pours in at sunrise. And random things like a bucket of paint in the closet. Strange The room was basic, property was not clean, but pool area was great!
