GrandView 724 is a double queen room features two queen beds and offer guests an affordable standard hotel style room, accommodating up to 4. The room comes equipped with a mini-fridge, coffee maker, and microwave.

Pool is seasonal and weather dependent. We try to have it open early May to early October but dates may vary based on weather. 

Upon arrival you will be required to register all guests and cars as well as sign a registration form. If you are under the age of 25 at the time of your reservation, you will also be required to sign a liability form agreeing to our underage policy. Both forms state that any noise complaints, mischievous activity, disrespect of staff and/or other guests or not following property rules will result in immediate eviction with zero refund

Lake access varies depending on the  season, the lake is generally high enough to access starting mid-June and starts to drain around October. There is year-round beach access 200' from the property at the Ranger Station
