Condo address can be a little confusing. Maybe list the condos as East, Central, West towers.

One of the best locations on Navarre Beach. Unit is neat and clean if somewhat dated but still fine. Perfect for two adults or two adults with small children. Pool is excellent and beach access is unbeatable. Would definitely stay there again.

Beautiful beach view with easy access. AC kept us cool. Very comfortable stay. Nice place!

Overall, our stay was good, the property is in a great location, on the beach and has good amenities. However, the unit needs significant maintenance. There is a leak in the ceiling of the master bathroom that is being bandaged by a metal covering. It drips and is very annoying when you’re trying to sleep. When we first got there, the shower wasn’t draining properly either. Thankfully, maintenance came in a timely manner and fixed it. The safety latch on the front door is also missing. The oven/stove and microwave are very dated and need to be replaced. The buttons are wearing out and it’s hard to read some of the functions. The Formica countertops are old as well and just look dirty. The king bed is rickety, needs a mattress pad, and the headboard is not properly attached to the bed frame. The unit overall just seems dingy, beat up, and needs some TLC for what they are charging nightly. The location and proximity to the beach are redeeming qualities, but the unit needs some fixing up.
