Palms at Wailea #1101 is an ocean view ground floor 2 bedroom 2 bath condo with a full kitchen, washer and dryer, high speed wireless, and with air conditioned. It can sleep up to 6 people.
The ocean views from Palms at Wailea #1101 are magnificent. Enjoy outside dining from a large lanai. This property has a fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer, Cable TV/DVD players and for those who like to stay in touch while on vacation there is complimentary high speed internet service. The condo is air conditioned in both the living room and master bedroom as well as ceiling fans throughout. Although bedroom 2 has no a/c, it does receive a good amount of cool air from the living room. It has a king bed in the bedroom, twin beds in the guest bedroom and queen sofa bed in the livingroom. It can sleep up to 6. There are a few steps leading up to this ground floor unit.
Same day bookings and those arriving within 24 hours of making the reservation requires a phone call to Rentals Maui for confirmation.
Bookings made within 7 days of arrival will require an ID check and screening prior to confirmation.
Longer stays require additional terms and conditions. Please contact Rentals Maui for inquiries longer than 60 nights.

The Palms at Wailea is a gorgeous property; lush with tropical landscaping. There is a large pool and hot tub that is perfect for sunbathing and has a magnificent view of the ocean from the pool area. We are pleased that our properties at the Palms at Wailea have been chosen to be featured in the number 1 selling book "Maui Revealed" and their website. These properties were chosen because of their superior quality and great rates!

Truly better than expected. Great kitchen, comfortable seating, plenty of room all around for my husband, my adult nephew and myself! View great, only a very short walk to the wonderful pool and not that much longer to the beach.

Amazing ocean and sunset views from every room! Unit was very clean upon arrival and as we were already on the island in other accommodations Rental Maui was extremely accommodating in letting us bring our perishable items to 1101 before check in time .Thank you!!The unit does need an upgrade to the kitchen and bathrooms but it was well stocked for cooking and laundry and AC throughout the unit which was nice although the Maui breeze usually made AC unnecessary.Beach chairs and umbrella need replacing and a Smart TV in the living room would have been nice.We love the Palms and the views from this unit are 11 out of 10!

We have stayed at the Palms over 20 times now and every experience is a great one! The condo was clean and well equipped! It’s probably my favorite so far because it has the best view of the ocean , compared to the others we’ve stayed in. I will definitely look into staying here again

We have vacationed in Hawaii and here at The Palms in Wailea many times. We always love it ! The condo unit we stayed in this year is our favorite ! We will return !
