A dormitory equipped with a bed 140cm, two 90cm, plus a cot. Storage cabinet.
(Possibility to transform this dormitory into 2 parts by a blackout curtain.)

Outside:
- A "green enclosure" of 50m2 sported, shaded, giving on the terrace of 15m2 adjoining the living room / dining room.
Convenient for our 4-legged friends!
- A courtyard of 15 m2 with barbecue in wood and stone, plus table, chairs and bar cabinet.
A very nice and large terrace of 15 m2 garden side, facing south, with views of woods, hills, without vis-à-vis.
