This home has two bedrooms and one bath and is newly renovated. The main bedroom has a sliding glass door that opens to the outdoor deck, shower, pool area with spectacular farm views. The second bedroom has two twin beds. The bathroom is clean and spacious, with a shower, deep tub and laundry area. The sliding doors from the kitchen/living area lead to stunning farm field views. Sunset over the pasture is always a treat.
The outdoor area has a swimming pool, shower, deck for outdoor dining, barbecue grill, and plenty of seating areas. The pristine views and closeness to the village make this the perfect spot. You can be home in tranquility, swimming in the ocean or visiting the Village, all within 10 minutes. The house is .04miles from the windmill. The village of East Hampton offers many beautiful concessions such as shopping, movies, theatre, nature preserves, parks, dining, and historic sights. Some of the best, are within a 10-20 minute walk from this home. The parks around the area are spectacular. This home is truly a gem.

This house is perfect for a weekend stay in East Hampton!

Overall stay was great! The space was nice and location was great for our long weekend. I do wish it stated in the listing prior to booking that it was a split level house and that we'd be staying ontop of someone who lives there. We saw it was a split in the detailed instructions we got AFTER booking. Although we had our own entrance, we utilized the same parking space and it kept us a bit on edge about how much noise we were making with the toddlers we had as part of our group.

Cozy upper floor of duplex with private pool and nice landscaping. Car noise is significant when outside because it’s at a busy intersection. Tight for 4; perfect for 2-3. Very convenient to East Hampton

The outside area and pool was absolutely gorgeous. House was very clean and close to everything. The listing states 3 bedrooms, that is not the case; only 2. It’s also deep down in the notes that there will be another person down below the house as an owners suite. There was no shampoo, conditioner, soap, dish detergent, etc provided. Most importantly, there unfortunately is an ant issue at this property. The large ants were in our bedroom and crawled all around.
