The Space:

Walk through the front door into a bright, open living room with smart TV and cozy seating for everyone. Kick back and relax on the couch while binging your favorite HBO Max show (included for free!). Pull out one of the various board games to enjoy a fun night in with the family.



The open kitchen is well stocked for all your cooking needs including toaster, pots and pans, and more.



Down the hall you'll find your first full bathroom with shower/tub combination and fluffy white towels for drying off with. 



Across the way are 2 guest bedrooms - both with comfy queen memory foam beds.



The master suite is complete with king bed and large flat screen TV. Attached is a private full bathroom.



Around back is a privately fenced, tranquil outdoor area and with cornhole boards and an outdoor dining set.



This cozy home is located in the West King district, full of history and charm. Just around the corner are popular local spots such as Back 40 Urban Cafe (walking distance) and Bog Brewery. Adventure to Downtown St. Augustine, only a short 3-5 minute drive or. Or catch some Florida sunshine on the white sandy beaches at Vilano Beach, just a 10 minute drive from the home!



Guest Access:

Guests have private access to the entire home and backyard as well as free Wi-Fi, free parking, complimentary first morning stock of coffee and access to HBOMax on each of the TVs.

St. Augustine is the nation’s most historic city and also holds the distinction of being one of the most charming. Experience flavorful dining, art and culture with an abundance of entertainment right on your doorstep.



Sun, fun, history, and mystery —From the Castillo de San Marcos National Monument to the Ripley’s Believe It or Not Museum and everything in between there is something for everyone and all just minutes from the home.



Jump aboard the Trolley to see the city, or hire a bike and take your time soaking up each neighborhood, museum and monument.



Getting Around:

The best way to get around St. Augustine is with your own car or in a rental with free parking included with your stay.



Guests can also use rideshare apps like Uber and Lyft or call a taxi with cars available at all times of the day.



Once in the city center, many of St. Augustine's shops, restaurants, art galleries and attractions sit within the historic city center, making it easy to get around on foot.



The old Town Trolley Tours and a great fun way to see the city with a hop-on, hop-off trolley service that offers stops throughout St. Augustine. The trolley makes 23 stops at or near popular destinations and departs every 15 minutes between 9 a.m. and 4:30 p.m.



Other Things to Note:

SECURITY CAMERA:

The home has an actively recording security camera installed at the front door of the home. An attempt to remove, tamper, or disconnect the internet to Ring may result in reservation being canceled and guests requested to vacate the premises.



TRAIN:

The Florida East Coast Railway runs near our home and you may hear it several times a day, including at night. This train runs through West Augustine and parallel to the Historic District and is just a part of our beautiful town. We include noise machines in the sleeping areas if needed.



BRINGING YOUR DOG?

We’re happy to welcome one dog weighing 50 pounds or less at this home! After booking, you can register your dog and pay the non-refundable pet fee right in your Guest Portal. Please complete both steps before check-in so everything is ready for your pup’s arrival.

Have a question about bringing a second dog or a dog over 50 pounds? Please message us before booking. Some homes may allow an exception, but we must confirm it before the reservation is made. Once booked, we cannot make exceptions to the number or size of dogs.

Dogs must be at least one year old, up to date on vaccinations, and fully house-trained. Please supervise your dog and clean up after them during your stay. You’ll find the full pet guidelines in your Guest Portal.

We want everything you need for a wonderful stay to be easy to find! After booking, we’ll send you a link to your Guest Portal—your one-stop spot for details about the home, helpful tips for your stay, and check-in and check-out instructions.

To help protect both our guests and our homes, we ask everyone to complete a few simple steps in the portal before arrival: verify their information, review and electronically sign the Rental Agreement, and choose one of two protection options:

• Damage Waiver: A small, non-refundable fee that covers eligible accidental damage during your stay.

• Security Deposit: A refundable deposit hold that’s released after checkout, provided there is no damage or violation of the house rules.
