This is the perfect home for vacationing in downtown St. Augustine. Convenient location. The home is well maintained, room to roam, nice outdoor area to relax and have fun in the pool. The hosts were very responsive and left us a welcome basket. Would definitely recommend. Looking forward to returning sometime in the future.

The house itself is stunning-full of charm, history, luxury and beautiful design-yet somehow also felt warm, comfortable and welcoming from the moment we arrived. We loved it so much, we called the owners about selling it to us!The home was immaculately clean and perfectly set up for our group of 6 adults and an active 2 year-old, with plenty of room for everyone to spread out and relax. The amenities were outstanding--large tv's, games, books, thoughtful touches throughout, and everything you could possibly need for a luxury stay! The outdoor space was just as amazing, with covered and uncovered seating areas, a beautiful pool, and a hot tub that we enjoyed every day! The location was perfect too--an easy walk to downtown St. Augustine shops and restaurants, Flagler College, and many other fun and interesting places to explore. The neighborhood is very peaceful and safe.BJ and Carolyn were truly exceptional hosts. They welcomed us with a huge basket full of treats and so many thoughtful touches that made us feel genuinely cared for. They were also incredibly responsive and helpful before our trip with recommendations on places to go and things to do. I honestly feel like words don't do this property and these hosts any justice. This is the best vacation rental we have ever experienced, and we cannot wait to come back!!

Weekend trip with friends, house was amazing, plenty of room, plenty of character, comfortable beds, well appointed kitchen. The pool area was especially relaxing and nice perfect temperatures and clean. The bathrooms were amazing. The showers all comfortable and excellent water pressure. The place is located in a quiet neighborhood with an easy walking distance to the entire historic district. My party of 4 couldn’t have been happier.

Our stay was absolutely perfect! The place was huge, accommodating our group comfortably, and the hot tub was a fantastic addition. The host was truly exceptional—responsive, welcoming, and went above and beyond with thoughtful gift baskets that we absolutely loved. This was a 5-star experience, and we can’t wait to come back!
