Very good communication and the house is so close to the beach and transit into downtown SF.

The kitchen had no potholders or baking sheets. The kitchen outlets only worked sometimes. Otherwise great!

We loved our stay and would definitely return. The hosts were great and considerate of our needs even directing us to places in the area. The walk to the beach is less than five minutes. And there are some great places to grab coffee/lunch and dinner just around the corner.

No complaints with kitchen or bathroom. But carpet, sheets, and bedroom curtains need to be replaced. We slept with windows open each night due to a dingy smell. I chose the property because it came with a parking spot in the driveway, which was great. But next time, I would pay more to stay closer to north or east side of city, as we lost a lot of time driving each day. I feel the pictures were misleading. We did our best to minimize how much time we spent in the property. We definitely got what we paid for.
