Apartment with two bedrooms and private terrace. It is centrally located near Plaza de la Encarnación, just about 10-15 minutes' walk from the Cathedral.
The interiors are modern and bright. Parquet flooring and contemporary design furniture create a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. The apartment is distributed over 2 levels and overlooks the central patio of the house.
On the main floor is the living area with a sofa, armchair, central table and TV. Adjacent is the dining area with a table and chairs. The modern kitchen, with separate entrance, is well equipped with all main utensils and appliances, oven and dishwasher included.
There is a toilet and a laundry room with a washing machine, next to the kitchen.
Stairs lead up to the 2 bedrooms, bathroom and private terrace. Bedroom 1 has twin beds (90 x 190cm) and a dressing room. Bedroom 2 has twin beds (90 x 190cm) and a fitted wardrobe. Between both rooms is the bathroom with a bathtub and shower head.
Large sliding doors give direct access onto the private terrace, from one of the bedrooms. Terrace with table, chairs and parasol.
The apartment is on the first / second floors of a contemporary building, with elevator. Despite being in the centre of the city, it is quiet and peaceful - perfect for getting away from it all.

Arrivals from 9pm: 20 EUR (to be paid in cash, upon arrival)

We recommend the public car park Escuelas Pías, located at Plaza Ponce de León, just 100 m from the apartment.

The Apartment is spacious and comfortable, with good kitchen facilities, wifi, and well situated etc. Manager responded quickly after we asked for further dishwashing tablets (we had been left 1)Some issues need addressing by the property managers:- the nespresso coffee machine is not working (we used the cafetiere instead),- the bathroom floor had a lot of hair on it (we vacuumed)- it was cold at night & the beds need to have blankets or duvets (we searched and found 2 blankets and a duvet under a bed)so all solvable, but it needs some care & active management to be of best value.One star for winery as we did not go.

Location, location, location. Spacious room. Private entrances to both room and building. Safe and secure. Walking distances to plenty of shops, restaurants and local attractions. Host is friendly and provides great communication. Room is comfy and definitely would return.

Had a wonderful stay at the apartment. Great location yet very peaceful and quiet. The outdoor Terrance was a nice little place to sit and have a drink. The apartment is a good size. There were 4 of us staying and we had plenty of space. Very modern with comfy beds. Would highly recommend.
