This Bella Toscana villa is the gold standard for Orlando rentals. Most listings lie about being "clean"—this place was actually immaculate. Not a speck of dust anywhere.
The pool stayed crystal clear all week. It's the perfect spot to decompress after hitting the parks. Location's unbeatable. Convenient to Disney and the major attractions. It's a safe, quiet pocket that feels miles away from the chaos.
The kitchen's fully loaded with real appliances. None of that "two spoons and a broken toaster" nonsense. But the real winner? The sleep. High-end beds and total silence. I haven't slept this well in a long time.
Jennifer made the entire process seamless. She was extremely helpful and responded to every question almost instantly. If you want a stress-free home base that's actually worth the money, book this.

The home was very clean and we enjoyed our time there. We would definitely stay there again when we come next year.

My only issue we checked out of the home on Friday morning, when I discovered the outside trash bin was practically full from the previous guest. We checked into the home late Sunday evening, and trash pick-up was Monday morning; setting out the external trash bin and being responsible for another guest's waste at check-in would not be reasonable. I noticed that the baseboards throughout the home were dusty, indicating they had not been cleaned in a while. This was a minor issue for me, but it may not be for your next guest.
I did notice during my stay, the occupants of the home next door (with a for sale sign) let their chihuahua out daily, and it relieved itself next to the pool of our rental. I did not observe them cleaning up after their pet.
Otherwise, I was very impressed with the layout of the home, and my family was comfortable during our stay.
