Welcome to Pirate's Booty, a 5-bedroom, 4-bathroom oceanfront escape in the heart of Ocean Isle Beach that comfortably sleeps up to 18 guests. Perfectly positioned just steps from the sand, this inviting coastal home combines spacious accommodations, breathtaking ocean views, a private pool, expansive decks, and direct beach access to deliver the ultimate beach vacation experience for families and groups alike.
The main level features an open floor plan with the kitchen, living room, and dining room offering lots of windows to let in an abundance of natural light and breathtaking views of the ocean. The newly fully stocked kitchen features stainless steel appliances, a large center island with additional seating and new countertops and lighting. The kitchen amenities include a blender, drip coffee maker, toaster, and mixer. Also on this level are two bedrooms furnished with two queen beds in one and two full beds in the other.
Upstairs you will find the tastefully re-decorated master suite which has a king bed and offers gorgeous ocean views from the sliding glass door as well as access to the upper deck with new deck furniture. The street-side bedrooms include one room with a queen bed and another featuring 2 sets of bunk beds, full beds on the bottom and twin beds on top- perfect for kids!
The ocean side of the house offers expansive multi-level decking for lounging, dining and catching that breathtaking sunrise and sunset! Your own private walkway takes you directly to the beach for hours of fun in the sun. This home is equipped with plenty of chairs, umbrellas and beach toys so make sure to grab them from the storage unit on your way down there!
After you’ve had your fill of the beach, head back up to the house to enjoy your own private pool! There’s more than enough deck space for soaking up the sun in one of the many lounge chairs and nothing beats a cool dip to help you relax. Convenient outdoor shower for rinsing off the sand before entering the pool or house.

Before You Arrive
We want your arrival to be as easy and seamless as possible. After booking, you’ll receive a short Rental Agreement from our local management team to review and sign electronically before your stay. This quick step helps us make sure everything is in place for your arrival while protecting you, the home, and the homeowners who make your stay possible.
The pool is open year-round.
October 1st - March 31st: The pool is not heated by default. If you would like the pool heated during your stay, we can attempt to heat it for an additional $75 per day for the entire length of your reservation. As with all pool heating, water temperatures cannot be guaranteed due to weather and outdoor temperature conditions.
The pool and/or spa is private and unattended, so swim at your own risk. All children must be supervised in the water at all times by an adult. No food, drinks, alcohol, glass, etc. are allowed in or around the pool. Pools are serviced regularly, however please keep in mind that due to the tropical nature of the island, it is not unusual to find unexpected debris and sand in the pool.

There were no descriptions for the ratings in the review so we gave 3 stars to all of the items. The location of this beach house was excellent, and the layout worked well for our family. We also enjoyed the pool, and the washer and dryer performed well. The property management company was responsive throughout our stay.That said, the house itself was disappointing. It’s an older home that appears to have been poorly remodeled and has not been well maintained. Much of the interior felt grungy and unfinished, with damaged walls, cracked ceilings, dirty or unpainted trim, broken or worn furnishings, and some fixtures that were missing or not functioning. Cleanliness was also an issue, including dirty ceiling fans and dirty air filters. Basic items were lacking or low quality, such as mis‑sized linens, no dish towels, and instructions to use ice trays to supplement a weak ice maker—though we couldn’t find any trays. We made the best of our time with our kids and grandkids, and the location was great, but the home needs significant maintenance and attention to meet reasonable expectations for a beach rental.
