Amazing home and location! The house is newer, super clean, and has a great layout. The bedrooms are all good size and the beds were super comfortable. The outside setup is awesome! Other than on the beach, we spent quite a bit of time in the heated pool, hot tub and at the tiki bar. The views are great and there are multiple decks to relax. A few added bonuses were the beach wagon (this helped lug all the kids things), the well stocked kitchen and HUGE fridge, and the Ninja slushie machine - that was a big hit (margaritas for the adults one night and homemade frosty's another night).Ben was easy to communicate with, check in was simple, and it was just an overall great experience. The Cheeky Tiki delivered and our 3 families made some lasting memories here!

I cannot say enough good things about this home! Our family of 11 enjoyed this home over Thanksgiving and it had everything we needed. I have never seen a better equipped kitchen which made it so easy to keep a large group fed. The owner was very responsive and the home very clean and well kept. The location is great with easy access to grocery stores and local restaurants. Highly recommend!

Ben the host was very welcoming and responded promptly to any questions or requests.Beautiful home great location to celebrate my 75th birthday with my family. All amenities were great with exception of outdoor gas grill. My family and myself very much enjoyed our 4 day stay in your home. We would definitely come back for a future visit to Ocean Isle.

We enjoyed our stay at Cheeky Tiki! Beach access is great, large saltwater pool and hot tub, great space upstairs and downstairs for hanging out and the owners were very helpful and were available for questions before and during our stay!
