Unit 102 offers Gulf and harbor views from two semi-private balconies. This first-floor, approximately 832-square-foot one-bedroom condo sleeps up to four guests with a king bed in the bedroom and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room.
The full kitchen includes a full-size refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, drip coffee maker, and K-Cup coffee maker. The bathroom has a walk-in shower, and the condo also includes Wi-Fi, cable TV, and air conditioning.
Islander East is a gated beachfront condominium community on Galveston’s quieter East Beach with direct beach access. Guests also have access to the heated pool, tennis and pickleball courts, grilling and picnic areas, free parking, and on-site front desk support.
To help maintain a relaxing beachfront environment for all guests and residents, please review the following guidelines. Guests will also sign an Occupancy Rental Agreement at check-in confirming these policies.
Age Requirement & Registration
The primary renter must be 21 years or older. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by an adult 25 years or older. Subletting is not permitted, and all guests must be registered at check-in.
No Pets
Pets are not permitted on the property or inside rental units for guest reservations.
Occupancy Limits
Each unit has a maximum occupancy limit that must be followed. Children count toward the total occupancy.
No Parties or Events
Islander East is a quiet beachfront community. Parties, gatherings, or events are not allowed inside units.
Pool Area Rules
No pets or food are allowed in the pool area. There is no lifeguard on duty. Swim at your own risk.
Children under 14 must be accompanied by an adult.
Safety Policies
Weapons (as defined by Texas law) are not permitted on the property.
Balcony & Wildlife Guidelines
Please do not hang items on balcony rails and do not feed seagulls, pigeons, coyotes, or other animals.
Personal Responsibility
Unit owners and Islander East management are not responsible for accidents, injuries, or loss/theft of personal belongings in units or vehicles.
Reservation Policies
Refunds or prorations are not provided for early departures, weather conditions, construction noise, or appliance, electronic, or internet issues.
Check-Out Time
Check-out is at 11:00 AM unless otherwise arranged in advance.

Boat, RV, or trailer parking requires prior approval. Vehicles must park in spaces marked with a white painted curb.

I love this property. This condo was bigger than what I thought it would be. Excellent view of the beach and gulf. Just a short walk to the beach. The beach is not crowded or trashy. Very quiet and relaxing. The pool was refreshing after the beach. It was well maintained. We played cornhole and used the charcoal grill. Both were in good condition. The condo included basics. If you want anything extra be sure and bring it. We used the sofa bed and the king bed. Both were fine but the king mattress was a little lumpy. I would definitely book here again.

The staff at the condominium was extremely friendly and helpful. It was a very relaxing stay; it was a great location for us. We were close to all of the restaurants and shops and able to walk to the beach.

Lots of natural light, bed was very comfortable, peaceful area. Condo is a nice size. Great staff.The only minor things are: pans for cooking are not great, the couch isn’t very comfortable, and there were no hangars in the closet. I also wished the front door had a viewer in it to see who’s at the door. Also, a handheld sprayer in the shower would be more convenient as the shower has a corner in it by the shower head. But the water pressure is great. Full size fridge/freezer was nice, too. Definitely recommend this unit & property!
