Next to Pioneer Park and 5 minutes to the lakes, you can kayak, paddleboard, birdwatch, and much more. 1 hour to Sedona, 1.5 hours to Flagstaff, and 2.5 hours to the South Rim of the Grand Canyon.

We are building a home in Prescott and stay at this ‘little slice of heaven’ every time we come for site visits. Nicole is an amazing host and this little place is the perfect come back to spot after a long day on site. Checks every box.

This hidden gem was perfect. Being able to be around horses was an added bonus. To add, it was a perfect location to Embry Riddle and just minutes to downtown.

Nicole is a great host! The rental is clean, comfortable and well stocked. We always enjoy our time at this property - it is top notch!

We had a great stay at this cute home. Great location, close to everything Prescott has to offer, but enough out of the way that you feel far from the hustle and bustle. The home is super clean and decorated beautifully.
