This spacious oceanfront home offers stunning ocean views and plenty of amenities for your perfect beach getaway. With central air, complimentary Wi-Fi, cable TV, and parking for 3-4 vehicles, the home is designed for both comfort and convenience. Relax on the private balcony or deck, complete with deck chairs and a gas grill, perfect for outdoor dining and soaking in the coastal breeze. The living room, located on the 3rd floor, features a flat-screen TV, seating for seven, two rocking chairs, and access to an ocean-view balcony.
The kitchen and dining area offer plenty of space to prepare and enjoy meals together, with a dining table for eight and a kitchen counter with five bar stools. Modern appliances, including a refrigerator, flat-top stove, microwave, and small appliances like a coffee maker and blender, make meal prep a breeze. The home also includes a washer and dryer for added convenience.
With five bedrooms, including two master suites, everyone will have their own space to unwind. The first master suite on the 2nd floor offers ocean views, a king bed, a private bathroom with a Jacuzzi tub and separate shower, and a private balcony. The second master suite also features a king bed, a private bath, and a balcony. Three additional bedrooms include a king bed, a queen bed, and a bunk room with full-sized beds and a twin trundle. Dock Holiday was a nice house to spend a week at the beach. There was plenty of space to spread out for our group of 10. The location and walk to the beach was perfect. The location was also close enough to walk to the boardwalk. For the most part the kitchen was well stocked to prepare meals. There were a few minor blips but overall I would rent Dock Holiday again. We really enjoyed Carolina Beach!

Perfect location for a mothers and daughters weekend. Across the street from the beach access. Close to the boardwalk. Even despite not so great weather we had the best time.

This beach house was enjoyed during our family stay.. The beach house was cleaned and all furnishings were up to date. The elevator assisted greatly with bringing up from the vehicles.It was plenty of room and the view of the beach was phenomenal.
