This condominium complex is BEACH FRONT. Located on Tybee Island Georgia in a cozy gated community. Your balcony has a GREAT ocean view! You can see the dolphins and large cargo ships from it. The amenities are excellent! The complex has 2 large POOLS, kiddie pool, and 2 private boardwalks over the dunes to the beach. You are less than 100 steps to the sandy beach. Owned by a local, the condo has everything you'll need. Why stay at a hotel when you can have 2-3 times the space here.
Watch the dolphins and ships from your balcony! No need to pay for dolphin tours. You don't have to leave the condominium complex for your whole vacation if you don't want to. Queen size bed in the bedroom. 55in SMART TV in living room. SMART TV in bedroom. Free Wi-Fi and cable. Equipped kitchen with full size refrigerator, coffee maker, & Keurig. Easy check in with a simple smart door lock code. No keys to lug to the beach.
Beach towels, lounge chairs, and a few beach toys are provided for your enjoyment.
Pool access, tennis courts, charcoal grills, and parking for 1 car are all included. You also don't have to leave the property to get to the beach. Everyone loves sitting on the balcony and watching the dolphins. Make memories by walking the beach and starting your own Sea Shell collection. Pack-n-play provided if needed. Onsite laundry facilities.
