It is the perfect place to relax on your lanai (balcony). This one-bedroom condo offers peek-a-boo ocean views overlooking the property grounds. Next to the building, you will find a pool, bbq area, and a tennis court.

The condo was well furnished. If something didn't work, it was fixed within one day. We loved being close to Charley Young's beach, and were grateful for the beach chairs that came with the condo.

We stayed here for 1 week and loved the location. You can walk to the beach and many shops. The grounds were beautiful, with many walking paths and always well kept up including all the pools. Overall the condo was clean and had a great view. The condo itself is quite old along with the furniture, decor, towels, and the dishes. If there were updates made to this I think it would help with the overall feeling of being a clean and stocked accommodation.The check-in/out process was super easy and we love the pools and tennis courts. Everyone around the condo was very friendly.
