The snorkelers in your group will love the new artificial reef called Sea Turtle Reef, deployed in 2017. Located just 783 feet out from the Grayton Beach State Park access, it is becoming a haven for sea life. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of permitted sea bottom. The Sea Turtle Reef is at a depth of 12-19 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or other flotation device when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often. Enjoy!

The house is beautiful, exactly as it shows in the pictures. Plenty of kitchen ware and we cooked a lot during our four weeks there. Could have used a couple serving spoons but that was minor. Struggled a little with the main TV, slow to respond to inputs but finally adjusted. Parking is tight. Extended cab pickups or Suburban sized vehicles will not fit on the pad. We had a third vehicle for three days and used the shuttle lot down the street for overflow. Furniture and beds were comfortable, temperatures were easy to control with thermostats on both floors. We would rent again.

Great house with all amenities you need. Very clean & beautiful decor. Great location to go out & explore the area. Only bad thing was the parking space was hard to park in with our pick up. Otherwise A!!!

Our stay was excellent. It is a beautiful property. The only disappointment was the mildew that was quite bad in the Master shower. There was also mildew in the guest room shower. That is a problem that would be easily fixed and that we didn't expect in such a beautiful place otherwise.
