Welcome to The Mod Cactus Scottsdale, where mid-century modern design meets family-friendly comfort in the heart of South Scottsdale. This thoughtfully designed 3-bedroom, 2-bath home (plus detached casita with gym, office and lounge) blends elevated style with warmth, creating a space that’s both beautiful and practical for families, friends, and longer stays.

Unwind in the open-concept living area, where bold design meets cozy comfort. The fully equipped kitchen offers everything you need to prepare meals at home or enjoy easy takeout nights, complete with stainless steel appliances and kid-friendly dinnerware.

Step outside to your private backyard oasis featuring a relaxing hot tub, outdoor dining area, lawn games, and a sprinkler play zone. It’s the perfect setting for sunshine, laughter, and unwinding after a day of exploring Scottsdale.

Every corner of the home was designed with intention: a LEGO wall and chalkboard art zone to inspire creativity, a sunny reading nook for morning coffee, and a detached casita that doubles as a private gym, workspace, or extra lounge area.

Whether you’re planning a family vacation, working remotely, celebrating a milestone, or gathering friends for a weekend getaway, The Mod Cactus offers comfort, convenience, and thoughtful design in one memorable setting.
