You have just entered an intimate nest located just a few steps from the sea. The stress of the trip fails to get through the door and fades as soon as you discover the sea view from the balcony. It seems that your life has stopped looking at the suggestive garden that surrounds the studio and you feel as fresh as the sea air you breathe. You could be a couple with the need for privacy, or a smart worker looking for tranquility and the right inspiration. You could travel by car taking advantage of your exclusive parking space or even by bicycle along the beautiful cycle path that runs along the sea. It all seems so simple, you don\'t have to take care of anything because it\'s the house that takes care of you.

The fully equipped kitchen can always offer you a hot meal while in the laundry room you can take care of your clothes. You have a double bed and a foldaway single bed that reconcile your dreams, and every evening you will meet the sun that greets you as it sets into the sea.
