Welcome to our mountain condo. This updated 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom condo sleeps 4 with a king bed and a queen sleeper sofa. The private balcony features mountain views. It is ideally located in River Run Village, as you are just steps away from shopping, restaurants, and local festivities. Plus, a short walk to and from the high-speed gondola. Expedition Station offers shared amenities, including an outdoor pool and a hot tub.
The entryway has mounted hooks, a rack, and a small bench. There is new flooring throughout the unit. The living room features a mounted Smart TV above a beautiful stacked stone gas fireplace. There is also a pull-out queen sleeper sofa for additional sleeping options; sheets and blankets are in the closet. This above ground-level, first floor unit with a private balcony offers scenic mountain views and outdoor seating. The bedroom features a new king-sized bed and a mounted Smart TV.
This full-sized kitchen has beautifully upgraded quartz countertops with stainless steel appliances. It has all the essential cookware and tableware to make a meal away from home. The dining area comfortably seats four. The updated full guest bathroom is just off the living room and has a pedestal sink, vanity lighting, and a walk-in shower with a bench. There are plenty of towels and an initial supply of toiletries.
*Please note the Expedition Station HOA will begin charging $4 a day from May 1st-November 30th and $8 a day for parking starting December 1st through April 30th*
Please note: To reserve this property, the reservation holder must be at least 24 years old at the time of booking.

We just spent 4 wonderful nights at the River Run Village Condo with Mountain Views, and it was an absolute highlight of our family trip! Our family of 4 (including two kids) felt right at home from the moment we arrived.The location couldn't be better—it's an easy, short walk to the gondola, shops, restaurants, and all the dining options in River Run Village. No need for constant driving or shuttles; everything was super convenient and made our days stress-free.The condo itself was VERY CLEAN and well-maintained—spotless when we checked in, which is always a huge plus with kids. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed: pots, pans, dishes, coffee makerUnderground parking was a game-changer—especially in Keystone's variable weather—it kept our car protected, warm, and easy to access without trudging through snow.The mountain views from the unit were stunning, and the overall setup was easy to navigate with plenty of space for everyone to relax after a day out. We loved the cozy vibe and how thoughtfully stocked it was.Highly recommend this condo for families or anyone wanting prime access to Keystone's slopes and village life. From the ease of the check in and check out process to the location and beautiful condo to the communications, this stay was perfect. It made me want to experience this long weekend over and over.
