In the evening return to the balcony to watch the sun set and after the sun goes down, take time to slow down and reconnect with those who matter the most in your life.
Natural light illuminates the living and dining rooms of this condo through multiple large windows. A great space for the whole party to spend time together comfortably. Continue to enjoy the views of the ocean while lounging on the cushy couch. In the evening, put your feet up while you watch a movie on the large “smart” TV.

This is a great, clean unit right on the beach and near anything you can want. We will be back.

The condo is clean, well equipped and in a perfect setting on SPI. Chris ensured our check-in as well as our stay went well. There were at least five luggage racks to help with the move in and out process and everything in the photos was as described. With both elevators working, we never experienced a delay going up or down. Although we brought our own beach/pool towels, there were some available but we didn’t need them. With my frame at 220 and my wife at 120, we both felt the king mattress was fine; our daughters thought their beds were equally comfortable. The morning sunrise ensured we were up early and only a block away from a local coffee shop. The weather cooperated well during our stay and turned on the day we left, so we ended up with a nice tan from the beach over four days. Both HEB and Walmart had everything we needed and plenty of local restaurants to choose for dinner. Great place, great host and definitely recommend this unit!

Pictures on VRBO depict the condo perfectly. Hosts were amazing in providing early and thorough instructions when checking-in and out. Everything was immaculate and exactly what we were hoping for in a 3 day stay.

We had the BEST stay here.. this condo had everything we needed to make our stay perfect, it was very clean, very comfortable, and very convenient in location to the beach, shopping, restaurants. The beach view from the balcony was amazing, our morning ritual was to get our coffee and go sit out there to watch the sun rises, we even enjoyed breakfast out there a couple times- I could’ve sat out there for hours. Chris & Lori were fantastic hosts, they provided very detailed check in instructions, as well as check out instructions, they also reached out occasionally to see how we were doing and if we needed anything. We will definitely come back and book with them again.
