Nicely updated loft condominium that offers stylish accommodation and excellent amenities. This gorgeous little gem sits only a few blocks from the mountain base area and all the action off the slopes!
Once you step inside, you’ll appreciate the light and bright interiors with modern elements, soaring ceiling height and lovely views towards the mountain. The recent top-to-bottom designer remodel offers wood-style flooring, quartz countertops, brand new appliances and cabinetry, flat screen HD TVs, tiled tub/shower, designer furnishings/fixtures and appointments throughout. The loft area is beautifully styled, featuring new furniture and plush new carpet, and there is a half bath located on this level too.
Enjoy the views of the snow-covered mountains or relax under the stars while enjoying a meal from the outdoor patio.

The Rockies Condominiums are within walking distance to the Mountain Village, the indoor year-round Tennis Center and the Strings Music Festival pavilion. During summer, enjoy the easy stroll to the Steamboat Ski Area promenade and the refreshing Rocky Mountain stream that flows through the base area, where summer activities and events such as free concerts and art exhibits enhance Steamboat's splendid summertime surroundings.
Located on the free city bus route (Steamboat Springs Transit - SST), there are two stops by the complex, Lower Rockies and Upper Rockies. This route loops around the Rockies and makes various stops at the mountain area on its route back to the Mountain Village/Gondola Transit Center. A Mountain Resorts shuttle is on-call (winter only) nightly from 6pm-10:30 pm for easy evening trips to downtown Steamboat Springs or the grocery store.

Older, but well maintained. Could use a new toaster, unless you like it black on one side! Beds were comfortable, decorated nicely.

Nothing can be done about noisy tenants or neighbors; it is what it is, but we had a warm and cozy condo that was clean, easy to access, and within walking distance of the mountain and all the attractions. We spent the day hiking and listening to the funk music with Rock the Boat.
Prob won't stay here again, unfortunately, just because of the noise but it's definitely a nice spot if you're a heavy sleeper!

The location is great with only a 10 minute shuttle to the mountain. Access to the hot tub and pool is nice. The property was a little tight, especially the stair well but overall a great spot.
