The Space:

Welcome to Steamboat Mountain Majesty, your elevated escape in the heart of Steamboat Springs. Perched on the top floor of The Rockies community, this two-bedroom, two-bathroom condo is the perfect blend of cozy comfort and mountain charm, just a short 10-minute stroll from the gondola and vibrant base area. Please note, there’s no elevator and stairs are required—so this space is best suited for those without mobility concerns. But once you reach the top, the reward is worth it.

Step inside to an open, airy floorplan that immediately invites you to relax. The living room is anchored by a soft, oversized sectional—perfect for curling up with a good book or pulling out the queen sleeper for extra guests. A smart TV streams your favorite shows while the glow from the gas fireplace sets the perfect après-ski mood. Slide open the balcony doors to take in mountain air and resort views, where two inviting chairs await for your morning coffee or sunset wind-down.

The heart of the home is the open-concept kitchen, which is fully equipped for your cooking needs. A large island with two bar stools makes it easy to snack, sip wine, or chat with the cook. Nearby, the dining table seats four comfortably, and a built-in workstation with fast, reliable Wi-Fi lets you catch up on emails or plan tomorrow’s adventures.

On the main level, the secondary bedroom features a plush queen-size bed and its own smart TV, offering guests a cozy, private retreat. Just steps away, a detached bathroom with a sleek stand-up shower and an in-unit washer and dryer adds convenience for families or longer stays. Upstairs, the spacious primary suite feels like a true sanctuary, with a king-size bed, ample storage, another streaming-ready TV, and an attached en-suite bathroom with a large stand-up shower.

This home is thoughtfully designed for families too, with a Pack ’n Play, outlet covers, and room-darkening shades ready to help make traveling with little ones a breeze. When it’s time to venture beyond the condo, the community’s amenities offer plenty of options: a year-round heated pool, two steaming hot tubs, a volleyball court, a small fitness area with a treadmill, and a common room with ping pong for indoor fun.

All of this comes with the stunning backdrop of Steamboat Springs, where each season brings its own magic—from champagne powder and ski adventures to wildflower hikes and summer concerts.
