EXCEPTIONAL LOCATION in the middle of nature in the middle of the pine trees. A wonder for the eyes, tranquility and rest guaranteed for your family, far from the hustle and bustle of the port and the city center.
La QUINTEFEUILLE is 2 houses ideally located at the end of the Cap de la Vigie, in the middle of nature.
A haven of peace, a tropical paradise with superb views, the T3 on the creeks of La Vigie and Cap Lardier, the T4 on the islands of Levant and Port Cros.
The T4 has been classified 3* by the prefecture since February 2012, renewal of the classification in February 2017 and March 2022.
The Q3 was classified 2* as of 03 03 2019. The renewal of the classification on March 7, 2024.
The houses have their own independent entrance and private terraces. Only the garden of 1700m2 is to be shared.
The garden with trees, flowers and shade thanks to pines, strawberry trees, cork oaks and mimosas, will bring you freshness and tranquility.
The parking lots are independent.
The QUINTEFEUILLE T3 2* is a terraced house.
We enter through the living room upstairs and an internal staircase leads to the bedrooms on the first floor.
The living room consists of a lounge area, dining room and an open kitchen. A large bay window opens onto a balcony terrace, with a view of Cap Lardier and the Calanques de la Vigie. An electric awning protects the terrace from the sun. A first shower room with WC is located upstairs.
A staircase leads to the first floor bedrooms and the second shower room WC.
Bedroom 1 has three beds 90x 190 and bedroom 2 has a bed 140x 190.
Both bedrooms open onto the terrace and the garden through a bay window.
Double glazing throughout the house.
A DAIKIN air conditioning system has been installed in T3 since spring 2023.
A 400L composter is set up for the 2
houses in order to recycle green waste, kitchen waste.
What to compost:
Vegetable and fruit peelings, crushed eggshells, coffee grounds, tea, tea bags, leftovers, vegetables, pasta, rice, EXCEPT FISH, MEAT AND BONES, DAIRY PRODUCTS, CHEESE, BREAD .
Paper towels, paper towels
Weeds, dead leaves, wilted flowers.
Bed linen and towels can be rented ON REQUEST
New rental procedure and new rates:
Each week, 30€ will be requested per person including the preparation of beds with duvet covers, fitted sheets and pillowcases as well as a set of PM+GM towels
Linen change every week if occupancy more than a week.
500 M bit FIBRE INTERNET access
Heating to be adjusted according to meter reading in cold periods.
House not accessible to people with reduced mobility. PRM

Well equipped property with unique location. In amongst mediterranean pines with beautiful views of the sea. Lovely evenings spent under new awning on upper terrace, with views of Cavalaire Bay and (later) Jupiter in the night sky. Will surely return again in the future.

We simply cannot imagine a more beautiful view, unbelievable! 180-degree panorama with a view of the offshore islands and part of Cavalaire Bay. In October, sun from morning to evening. Simply fantastic!
There is more than enough seating and loungers on the terrace, as well as a large table and a smaller flat side table.The chairs and tables are not the usual plastic stuff, but nice pieces of metal with matching cushions.
The house has a large, beautifully landscaped hillside plot with a petanque court. You can always find a shady spot there, for sure even in summer. It is situated above the village and far from traffic. The centre of the village is within walking distance.
The house is very clean and well maintained. The furnishings leave nothing to be desired and are of a pleasantly high quality. A table tennis table rounds off the whole thing.
We enjoyed our time very much and will definitely come back.
