Perfect place for what we needed. Close to the beach and local attractions. Matt was very responsive and helpful!

Great location, extremely clean, and quick and easy contact with host! Place had everything we needed.Sister slept in master and she said bed was very comfy and had great water pressure in the shower, but it’s the tiniest shower ever.We slept in middle bedroom, I found bed comfy but husband not so much. Middle bedroom has peeling paint on ceiling, no one slept in that room.Hall bath…shower water pressure very low and overall needs some updating.Hallway walls need some work for bowing paneling, front room floor has some splitting and cold air return need’s changed badly.Kitchen is galley style and fully stocked and everything worked great.Front room furniture and dining room furniture were all comfy and great.Washer and dryer downstairs, outside of unit but in an enclosed room but we didn’t use them. Outdoor shower looked great but the turn handle is broken and metal is sharp so we didn’t use it.

House had everything you would need to enjoy your beach stay. Host was great to work with!

Great location! The door lock didn’t work (wrong code?), the stove had several burners out, and there were dirty dishes put away as clean. Older house but otherwise clean.
