Inside, the living room is warm and inviting, complete with an electric fireplace and a 64-inch smart TV with cable—perfect for movie nights after a day at the beach. The well-stocked kitchen has everything you need to whip up delicious meals, including a Keurig coffee maker and a waffle iron for easy breakfasts.
For outdoor fun, take advantage of the large fenced-in backyard, giving your pup plenty of space to roam. Fire up the propane gas grill for a BBQ, then dine under the stars.
Head to the beach with ease using the provided beach wagon, 4 beach chairs, and umbrella—everything you need for a perfect day on the sand.
Dog-Friendly Amenities:
We understand that your furry friend is part of the family, which is why our rental home is proudly dog-friendly. With plenty of space to roam and explore, as well as easy access to the beach for long walks and playtime, your four-legged companion will feel right at home during your stay. There are doors and gates throughout the property to keep them safe.
Pet Policy:
We’re happy to host dogs! Depending on the booking platform, the pet fee may not be included in your total and will be requested separately. A non-refundable $200 pet fee (up to 2 dogs, 80 lbs combined) is required and must be paid before check-in—access details will be sent once completed.
Maximum of 2 dogs. Unregistered pets will incur a $200 pet fee plus a $500 remediation fee.
Dogs must be up to date on vaccines and flea/tick prevention. No dogs on furniture or beds (additional cleaning fees may apply). Please bring a crate if needed; there is not one at the property.
Strictly no cats allowed.

SEAS AND BREEZE met all our expectations. Only thing I would change would be the proximity to the beach. 9 minute walk seemed further than I had envisioned. and not being abe to see sunrise or sunset from the deck was a bummer.

Seas and Degrees gets 5 stars! It's beautifully decorated, has a fully stocked kitchen (the labels in the cabinets were very helpful!), and plenty of games and puzzles. We loved sitting on the front porch in the evenings to enjoy the breeze off the ocean. The walk to the beach is an easy 10-15 minutes, and the beach itself is fairly deep so there is plenty of space. The house has beach chairs, boogie boards, an umbrella, and a wagon to make transporting everything easy. This is the only property I've ever rented that provides beach towels too! Oh - and it was great to have our pup with us! The fenced in yard made doggy bio breaks easy without requiring us to go-with. There was a lovely starter package when we arrived with paper goods, cleaning supplies and yummy granola from a local business (go try the ginger cherry flavor too!). The house location was great too; very quiet at night but only a 5-10 minute drive into town. We will definitely be back!

Me and my friends from Virginia Tech stayed at this house for our fall break! It was perfect, the house accommodated all of us and had everything we needed for a great break from school. There were enough beds for all of us, and some of the group even fell asleep on the couch after our beach trip. Great location, in the middle of everything which is perfect, but far enough away to have the night to ourselves once we're done.
