There are exposed beams and ductwork throughout. In the back is a private patio area with a bench, fire table, Infratek overhead electric heaters, television and Sonos speakers.

GREAT ROOM: The great room on the second floor includes a dining area and living area with access to the front patio. The dining area has a 6-person dining table, and the living area has a sitting area, 75” Sony television and Sonos speakers. There is porcelain tile plank flooring, and reclaimed beams and wood accent wall add character and warmth.
