Welcome to our spacious 3,400 square foot rental home located at 78 Bittern Court – Kiawah Island, SC. Our 5 bedroom and 4 and 2 half bath home has tons of room. It is very very close to the beach and that is the biggest attraction other than the beautiful lagoon view and quiet cul de sac location. There are 2 decks to cook out or enjoy the weather, your days spent here will be nothing short of a paradise retreat. With a huge kitchen for preparing and entertaining, a spacious laundry room with a washer and dryer, and a location right on a cul-de-sac, our home is kid-friendly and an ideal setting for get-togethers of all kinds. Endless opportunities for fun, adventure, and relaxation await you in this home away from home!

We also have a separate living room and family room, both with large flat screen TVs so kids and adults can gather separately or sports fans and moving buffs as well. This is a perfect house for a large multi-generational family vacation. There are basically four living areas in the downstairs - a large living room, a sunroom, a breakfast nook, and a comfy den. Also, the kitchen is really spacious and well-equipped with cooking utensils and pots and pans. The deck looks out over the lagoon and the golf course. However, what we liked the best was that it is so close to the beach, and there was plenty of room to store all 10 bikes under cover in the carport. There's also a garage which we didn't use. The washer and dryer are extra large, another nice things with a large family.

Loved this house for our family. The multi spaces for gathering allowed for a wonderful flow. The highlights of our trip included playing chess in the sunroom, watching the gator in the pond, and proximity to the beach. Look for us to book again next year, end of May.

This is a fabulous house to get family together. What a great space to gather. The kitchen is very large and well stocked. The back porch was wonderful and private. So much room overall. Outdoor shower was a huge plus too. So close to the beach! We are grateful that you opened your home to us.
