Location was absolutely perfect! No detail inside the house was left untouched. The bed were extremely comfortable! The host was great at responding to questions we had during our stay. Overall it was a wonderful trip for our family and we will be back!

The house was amazing! Very beautiful furnishings-top notch. Lots of space for multiple families. We saw a buck traveling through the backyard every day. It was a little to cool to use the pool but we enjoyed grilling and sitting outside. The gas fire pit was also enjoyed by all.

Eugenia was perfect for our large family get-together! From the inviting facade to the gorgeous rooms and decor, we felt relaxed through and through, with plenty of gathering spaces so we weren't on top of one another. The massive dining table
was vital for our crew and the back family room turned into a puzzle room. The location is great for walks to the beach, The Nest for breakfast and The Sanctuary for afternoon tea. Communication with the owners was courteous, clear and in a timely manner. We had so much fun and made so many wonderful memories! We hope to come again to this relaxing and beautiful oasis!

We had a blissfully relaxing getaway in this super clean beach home. It is steps from beach and has a terrific layout — the house has a great mix of indoor & outdoor gathering spaces as well as private areas for downtime. We appreciated the top notch communications and responsiveness of the management company. We cannot say enough good things about our experience. We will be returning to this home.

Great house, great location. Perfect for travelling with our kids and another family. Close to ocean, tennis, pickle ball, and of course golf. Everyone had a great time. The house was clean and in great condition. Nice common living room for gathering with a smaller cozier more private area for peace and quiet. Didn’t use the pool but it was clean and well taken care of. Kitchen had everything that was needed and separate bar area and refrigerator was a convenient touch. Would stay again!

Our entire family had a fantastic stay in Eugenia for a memorable vacation. With fifteen people including two little ones , the home was super by allowing everyone ample space. Privacy and a quiet environment made us feel at home. Access to the beach was simple and quick. Enjoy!

From start to finish, this was a fantastic experience. The communication and instructions received prior to and during the rental period were top notch and very helpful. The inside of the house impressed the whole group with ample rooms and bathrooms for all of us. Beautiful decor! The pool was a big hit for the kids and adults. Path to the ocean was right across the street and the beaches were beautiful. I can't think of anything that didn't work or was out of place. Thank-you for a wonderful time.

We had a wonderful stay over Spring Break. The house is beautifully appointed with more than enough room for 2 families to spread out. The location is stellar with beach access right across the street and a quick bike ride along the paths for coffee, ice cream or time at the playground. We couldn’t have been happier and will be looking to rent again.

We had 8 ladies stay for a long weekend. The house is beautifully done with modern touches. Beds were comfortable and very nice baths. One thing we felt that needs attention was lighting on the front porch. It was hard to even see the pad to put the code in after dark. We had a very nice weekend and would definitely rent again.

We enjoyed ran and relaxed at your house. So near the beach and starting/finishing line of the 2022 Marathon. Our large group had cozy places to sleep and so many gathering spots in the house and on the pool deck to sit chat and spend time together. Thank you for staying in touch with us as we prepared for this special weekend. Your staff was friendly and quick to respond to our questions. Again this house is ideal for large groups and access to the beach. Thank you!

We traveled with a group of ten adults and this property was perfectly set up with five bedrooms and five bathrooms. No one needed to share with another couple and everyone was very comfortable. There are plenty of places to socialize throughout the house with ample seating. Access to two refrigerators was wonderful as we used one for drinks and the other for food. The property is directly across the street from beach access and the pool deck was a nice place to relax as well. The home was very comfortable, clean and accessible. The owners were very responsive and helpful as well. I would highly recommend this property.

The house is newly renovated and super comfortable for a large party. Great space for young adults to have a separate area to hang out. Plenty of room. Only slight suggestion would be to update some of the kitchen items like toaster and sharp knives.

Nice space but needed some upgraded toaster, pots and pans. Would have appreciated to know how to turn up the temperature of hot water. Luke warm showers all week.

The Eugenia house was amazing! Perfect for our annual family vacation for the 12 of us. Location across from the beach access, pool, bunk room, spacious and fully equipped kitchen and beautiful decor! We have booked our return!!

We have vacationed at Kiawah for many years and we love the island! 54 Eugenia is the perfect property for our family. We love the great location..super close beach access, centrally located on island, close to bike paths. The renovations on this home are so nice. Some of our favorite features were the outdoor shower, two refrigerators and two dishwashers, wonderful bunk room for the children, and of course the pool! There were lots of living spaces to spread out and the whole house was very open and just perfect for our family. We look forward to our next visit to 54 Eugenia!

House was clean...however, I am picky & quickly noticed cobwebs, & crumbs in kitchen drawers & lipstick on wine glasses. But this did not diminish our weekend at all!

What can we say....this property was everything we had hoped for. Just steps from the beach allowed us the flexibility to get there quickly or use the pool at the house. We rented bikes and road around the island and really enjoyed our family time. We Highly recommend

Our group of 10 ladies loved our stay at 54 Eugenia! We planned a weekend of tennis instruction at the Roy Barth Tennis Center, which was also top notch. We were able to ride our bikes back and forth to tennis, hang out at the beach in the afternoons, have relaxing meals at home while enjoying each other's company in beautiful surroundings. The house was perfect for all of us. The owners responded quickly to any question we had and were very accommodating. Would highly recommend this house for your stay in Kiawah!

Even though the weather didn’t cooperate, we had a great stay at 54 Eugenia. The neighborhood is beautiful and the house is ideal for a large group. Plenty of gathering space and plenty of space for everyone to have their own bed and bathroom.
The house has a great pool and is right across from the beach access. It was clean, updated and perfect for our needs.
We would stay here again.

My grandkids all call me Gigi so what a wonderful surprise when we all got to Gigis Beach house. The house is better then the on line listing. Furnishings were all beautiful and comfortable. Bedrooms were perfect for us, we could easily separate our younger ones with their earlier bed time and have quality time together or apart. The huge bonus was that pool and wonderful covered deck. We ate lunch and dinner out there most days. The great quiet beach was just a short walk away and if a kid got tired of sand and water someone would come back to the pool. And there was a beach wagon we could use to haul our stuff, life was easy! We hope to come back next year
