A spacious house in an ideal location, across the road from the beach.. Ground Floor:

No smoking.. This traditional stone built, Grade ll listed mid-terraced villa is just a stone’s throw away from the beach and promenade and a few minutes’ walk from Kirkcaldy town centre. Whilst we did like the house - it was spacious & had all you need for a nice stay, and the owner left some very nice welcoming bits.Unfortunately not so the location - we feel as though the photos are quite misleading as to the street - we had the impression that the street would be made up of similar houses but there was literally two houses and then shuttered up pub & various other not to nice buildings....For this reason sadly we would not return to this holiday home 😥

This is a really lovely spotlessly clean house where the owners have thought of absolutely everything. There are lots of places to visit, all within a reasonable drive away, and lots of lovely places to walk straight from the door. The local beach and parks are fantastic. The garden is great for the dogs.
If I had to give a negative,it would be that the property is in a really disadvantage area of town, which is not apparent from any of the photos or descriptions .
I don't think this took anything away from our stay and would not hesitate to recommend this property to friends and family.
