The room and facility were very clean. The fan was welcome. The bed was comfortable. The windows were structured to provide a refreshing cross-breeze.
The hosts were very responsive to messaging.
Arriving late at night after a long day of travel, it would have been less stressful to be checked in by a real person. Or, that not being possible, more elaborate instructions on how to enter. This would have lowered the stress levels and made the check in more pleasant. In addition, a sign on the outside of the building would have been reassuring.
The room could have used a second chair, more hangers for clothes, a soap dish (the present soap dispenser did not work), dishes and a kitchen towel in the room, and towel hooks in the bathroom.
