This house was absolutely beautiful! PROS:Very spacious and well appointed with anything you may need including beach towels which I brought because it said to. (It also said there would only be 1 coffee filter but there were several) You literally only need to bring your food and drink! The pictures are accurate concerning the gaming areas, x-box, popcorn machine, foosball and air hockey...I cannot speak to them because we didn't have time to use them. (The batteries in the x-box controllers were dead and I called Scandi and put in a work order and they replaced them the next day.)We spent most of our time in the pool and hot tub which were clean and at a comfortable temperature without having the heat turned on. (the temps got up to the low 90's every day)CONS:The first thing I noticed was the dirty carpet on the stairs. I was kinda grossed out but I got over it. One of the outdoor dining chairs broke at soon as someone sat on it. You could see that it was weakened from rust. (I also called to report this and they replaced the chair the next day)The AC in a couple of the bedrooms wasn't the greatest but they have fans in a few of the closets to help with that. The host that I communicated with replied to my texts/emails right away!We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Firstly let me say we loved the location of this property . Close to the 535 and minutes to Vineland Shopping mall. Ideal for Walmart Publix and Target . The clubhouse area a few steps across the road with Lazy River ,Pool etc but sadly no shelter from the fierce sun .No parasols. Florida Scandi were perfect in all communication and checking in instructions . Now the bad part.——- Blinds in the Lounge are we’re broken and missing spars . One of the doors wouldn’t lock and one other door had broken handle . The handle was fixed immediately after phoning the office Thank you . No spare bedding and mattress protectors had clearly not been changed .They were stained with blood. The tiled floor downstairs had not been washed it was dirty and sticky. The pool area was really dirty . Table had not been wiped down Cigar and cigarette stubs and used tissues around the pool area. pool also needed cleaned. Photos of this house show it to be in amazing condition but the cleaning firm needs to be looked at I’m afraid. I would use Florida Scandi again I was very impressed with the communication but in a different house .
