These spacious 1 bedroom, 1 bath and 2 bedroom, 2 bath units all have a private oceanfront balcony and bayside terrace. Each unit features living room with large dining area, a kitchen with all major appliances, full size washer, dryer, and central air. Building amenities include: on-site parking, outdoor pool, sundeck and a tennis court. The building charges a non-refundable parking fee due in cash at the building. Second car parking may be available for an additional fee. Some units are NON-SMOKING. This building is very popular and located close to shopping and restaurants-if you delay your spot will be gone!

Looked even better than the photos did have a small maintenance issue which was addressed immediately and was easy to contact about!

A bit dated, small tv, beds were not comfy but doable. Needed more pots and pans with lids. The location and view are fantastic. Nice pool.. nNeeds more seating.

Perfect for my needs since it was only me staying there. I usually try and find a place in the same building as the rest of the family.
Could use some furniture, at least a chair and table on the bayside balcony.

Over all we had a nice time in OC, but our condo was not so great. We had to have the hot water tank repaired, our balcony was held together with ratchet straps(not safe I have two small kids), everything in our room was so out dated/broken and uncomfortable.We definitely will go back to OC, but not to the same condo! (Other rooms we saw were nice and up to date)
