A proposito di questa appartamento struttura in affitto
The Saint Germain III Sweett apartment is a charming one-bedroom apartment, located on the 3rd floor, that puts you in the lively heart of Paris. Our local interior designer took inspiration from the serene greens and blues of the Seine River garden to craft an elegant and romantic space. The stunning parquet flooring adds a touch of classic Parisian glamour to the overall design. A picture window overlooks the City of Lights. A fully equipped kitchen has everything you need for gourmet cooking.
Nestled in the charming Saint-Germain-des-Prés neighbourhood of the VIth arrondissement, this location offers easy access to Paris' historical and cultural landmarks. You can take a leisurely stroll to visit the iconic attractions like the Luxembourg Palace and Gardens, or the Notre Dame Cathedral. Afterwards, unwind with a book at the renowned Cafe de Flore or Shakespeare & Company bookstore. Additionally, you can find cosy restaurants, trendy bars, and a cinema just across the street.
Premium amenities include free WiFi, cable TV, hotel beds and linens, luxury toiletries, and a Nespresso machine.

Great location and has all you need. Nice, clean bathroom and a small kitchen.

Wonderful location, central to all the Paris icons and lots of cafes within walking distance. The unit was a bit small and the sofa was in poor condition and shape. The stairs to the third floor unit are tight but we managed with small luggage. The management team was responsive; wish the had informed us our unit was early so we didn’t have to wait until 4pm, the check in time we were told it would be available.

The common area and stairs seemed less than well cared for. It was difficult to climb to the third floor especially with luggage. The kitchen was unattractive and the sofa cheap and too well worn.
