The 2900 ft2 home comfortably accommodates up to 10 guests and features three spacious bedrooms plus 3.5 bathrooms. Sleeping arrangements include four queen beds and one king bed in the master suite. Each bedroom has its own private en-suite bathroom, along with an additional half bathroom in the common area for added convenience.
One of the highlights of Casa Quivira is its spectacular terrace, offering panoramic views of the ocean and surrounding rainforest. Here, you can enjoy the fresh ocean breeze while taking in the sights and sounds of Costa Rica’s incredible wildlife living in perfect harmony.
Guests are just a short walk from Tulemar’s beautiful private beach and enjoy complimentary internal transportation throughout the resort. Tulemar is ideally located in the heart of Manuel Antonio, only 4 kilometers from the world-famous Manuel Antonio National Park.
Within the resort, you’ll find TuleCafé, three swimming pools, and peaceful pathways surrounded by tropical nature. It’s common to see monkeys, scarlet macaws, sloths, and other native wildlife right from your balcony or while strolling through the property.

we had multiple family’s (10 total people) stay at this home! we had the best week! our concierges, Tito and Emi, were extremely responsive and made our trip better and more smooth! the cleaning lady was absolutely amazing and so so nice! we did have some older people in our group, and the stairs down the the house and within the house began to get to us by the end of the trip. so just be aware before booking! but i would highly recommend this home to everyone! the view was beautiful, the animals on the property was amazing to see every day! and the shuttle service around the property was extremely handy! lots to do in the resort and right outside on the road with many other food and shopping options!

We had a magical stay at Casa Quivera! The space is spacious and beautiful, and the views are stunning. The beds and linens are very comfortable, and the kitchen is stocked with all the essentials. Tito and Emiliano were very quite responsive to every question and need, and they helped make our family vacation epic.

This rental high quality and easily accommodated our group of 5 adults and 2 kids ages 8 and 10. It is close to the adult pool and the family pool. The restaurant is nearby also. There are stairs to reach most places at Tulemar Resort due to the topography. Tito the concierge communicates very well and was able to book us restaurant reservations, a catamaran tour, and airport shuttle. The gal that cleaned daily was excellent and even did our laundry daily a huge bonus. We saw howler monkeys, squirrel monkeys, capuchin monkeys, scarlet macaws, fiery billed aracaris, and toucans from the balcony. Tulemar is a gated area with areas to explore while feeling completely safe. They have a shuttle system of vans to take you to the beach, pools, and restaurant. We have been to Costa Rica 14 times and when there’s a place available at Tulemar Resort, I stay there.
