Loved the unit for its condition, prime location and ability to sleep a large group. Jason and Kathie were very communicative. I would highly recommend this unit to explore South Beach!

Great spot, there was some loud construction going on that started around 10am. One of our friends was a late sleeper and so this impacted his ability to sleep in late. I would say this spot is really a 2 bedroom but there are beds in the loft which is great. Overall good experience and location.

We stayed here for a girls weekend. The location was great but the penthouse itself needs a lot of updating. The pictures you see on line are deceiving. The kitchen has a bunk bed in it. We had very few towels and only a couple of make up removal towels. There was a very small sign that stated if the towels have make up stains or other stains on them that there would be money taken from the deposit. We had only 6 towels for four days and there were 5 of us. The most positive review I can give is that the location was very close to Ocean drive and the Ocean itself.
