Great place. This place was perfect for six adults. The layout was perfect. Great location! Would definitely recommend to others and will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Kauai

Amazing property in Princeville! Spacious, clean, comfortable furniture, with updated appliances. The house is even better in person than in pictures. The waterfall pool was a perfect way to relax when not at the nearby beaches. Had zero issues during our stay. Easy check-in/out, excellent hosts… 5 stars all around and would recommend to anyone!Mahalo nui loa!

Nice and roomy house, in a quiet/central location. Easy access to all the Princeville trails and sidewalks. House was well stocked, including several sets of beach equipment. Rare home with 3 king rooms, perfect for our group. We did not use the pool but enjoyed the ambience of the waterfall inside the home on breezy days. The upstairs master suite is most spacious, but is more “open”/loft style than we expected. Privacy/noise wasn’t a big issue for us but could be for others.

When we got there put things in the refrigerator that night just to find out in the morning it wasn't working. Wife lost her extra insulin plus some food. used the refrigerator in the garage. Plus had ants in the bedroom called but not addressed
