Il Nido sul Lago is the ideal place to experience a stay immersed in the beauty of Lake Como. Situated in a panoramic position, the accommodation is located in Perledo, in a residential and quiet area, just 2.5 km from the famous and characteristic town of Varenna.
The apartment opens onto the living area, consisting of an open space with living room, equipped with sofa bed double and TV, and kitchen with dining table and fully equipped, perfect for preparing delicious dishes to enjoy overlooking the lake. The sleeping area consists of a double bedroom and a bathroom with shower, sink, bidet and toilet. From the living area and bedroom you can access a lovely balcony where table and chairs allow you to relax, enjoy the sun and tasty aperitifs with spectacular lake view.
The interior of the house is furnished in a simple and comfortable way and very bright. The apartment is equipped with all comforts, such as fans, Wifi, washing machine, ironing board and iron, as well as a private garage where you can park your car.

Such a beautiful place and view, the walk up and down the hill is 45 up and 30 down! (Goes by quick) There is hidden stair cases you can take that save a bunch of time! A huge heads up there is a lot of stairs to get to the place so if you have big luggage like we did it wasn’t ideal, but the view definitely made up for it! The AC worked amazing as well! Finding the place was a little confusing and we were not told beforehand we had to check in at a separate location before heading up the hill! But all worked out!
