I am working on the Pacific Palisades fire and rented this place from Kathy who is wonderful and very accommodating. My work schedule is from 6am - 7pm 7 days a week. But Kathy made sure the check in fit my schedule. Everything in the place was top notch and there was a supply of a few items like coffee, mouthwash and even a few cans of food. All the appliances were very new, and I couldn’t have found a better place to rest my weary head every night. THANKS KATHY!!!!!

I stayed for a month in this lovely, well-located studio guest house in a quiet and walkable neighborhood. The unit was well-stocked and well kept. The hosts were friendly and always available for questions and helpful suggestions. I highly recommend this property.

Provided the sense of home away from home while traveling. Very nice owners too. It’s safe and you do NOT fight the freeway California traffic at all to get to work. Perfect location for me.
