This property is a great size and in a very central location on the Cape for exploring. It's certainly a loved house, showing some wear and tear in places, but overall is decorated beautifully and makes you feel really immersed in Cape culture. The outdoor shower was a hit for us and we loved using the BBQ (though worth noting no BBQ utensils were available at the property which was a bit tricky!). The host was very responsive and attentive. Would absolutely visit again!

Great location, very quiet neighborhood. Interior was nicely put together. Beds comfortable. Kitchen had all you need. Removing one star because we found a cockroach in the kitchen one evening.
Flag market for Delmar in front yard was very helpful to find the property.

The long pond public access is very small. Most of the area is private. The living room furniture is old and needs replaced. Couch and chair had no support. Sink as soon as you sit on them. The bedroom mattresses are terrible. Back bedroom felt like a box spring. Front bedroom not much better. Water pressure is good and the neighbors are kind and quiet. The TVs are all set up different and trying to find something to watch was very frustrating.
