Questo è un classico e affascinante cottage di Cape Cod con 2 camere da letto situato a metà Cape, nella zona di South Yarmouth. È il luogo perfetto per godere di tutto ciò che Cape ha da offrire. Il nostro cottage è super pulito e ha una cucina completa, lavastoviglie, lavatrice / asciugatrice, internet ad alta velocità / wifi / via cavo (anche Netflix), parcheggio per 2 auto, un cortile privato e un ampio ponte avvolgente. Abbiamo anche una griglia, una doccia esterna e una buca per il fuoco. Il quartiere è tranquillo e circa 1/3 di miglio dalle spiagge di Nantucket Sound (acque più calde del Capo)! Siamo molto vicini a molte attività incentrate sulla famiglia, aree commerciali, porti turistici, pesca, gite in barca, ristoranti, pub, golf, divertimenti e porti dei traghetti, ma nascosto in una zona residenziale.

Finora quest'anno abbiamo ricollocato il cottage, riparato recinzioni e coperta, costruito un nuovo box doccia esterno e sostituito la maggior parte dei mobili e degli arredi all'interno.

Ci sono molti servizi nelle vicinanze quindi tutto ciò di cui hai bisogno o desideri è comodamente a portata di mano, e in genere a pochi passi.

Mentre puoi camminare in molti luoghi, tieni presente che la nostra primavera / estate può essere molto calda e l'inverno può essere piuttosto freddo. Potresti anche sperimentare un acquazzone tropicale di dieci minuti durante i mesi estivi. Per questi motivi raccomandiamo un veicolo o biciclette (molti posti di noleggio nelle vicinanze). È disponibile anche un servizio di autobus urbani. Hyannis è a poche miglia di distanza.

Such a cute and welcoming home in Yarmouth! It’s close to grocery, great restaurants and beaches. Owner, Jenn, is super attentive and a great communicator! It was so nice to stay in a home with kitchen, laundry and great backyard!!

We had a wonderful time at this cottage in South Yarmouth. We had never been to the Cape Cod area and wanted something conveniently located so we could drive to different areas. This little cottage fit the bill. One day we drove to Provincetown, one day to Martha's Vineyard and one day just walked on the beach.
This cottage had everything we needed and more. The kitchen was well furnished, the bedrooms were comfy and the backyard was private and lovely.
Jenn was very attentive to our needs. She checked on us by text occasionally to see if we needed anything and answered any questions promptly. We would definitely consider this little gem again. Thanks so much Jenn

Our visit to south Yarmouth was amazing! The SqueezeInn cottage was absolutely adorable, it was extremely clean and it had all the little things needed for a wonderful cozy stay!!! Not only was the cottage perfect but the outside patio and backyard was amazing! We had direct communication with Jenn the owner with any questions or needs to be addressed. She was absolutely amazing and so friendly. We could not say enough good things about Jenn and Sean’s beautiful cottage !!! We would absolutely recommend anyone coming into the South Yarmouth area to stay at the SqueezeInn Cottage! They have a wonderful guest book with all other renters experiences staying at the cottage and places to go to eat, shopping, museums, beaches ( which is only 3 minutes away ) mini golf etc etc ! Great points of interest to help with your vacation stay! We will be going back next year for sure!!! Thanks again to Jenn & Sean for 5 stars on providing such a wonderful experience!!!

We had a great stay at the Squeeze Inn. Jenn was so responsive if we had any questions before and during our stay. The house was just as described and super clean and nicely decorated. The area was great too and close to everything. Will definitely be back! Thanks for having us!

Jenn was super helpful and the house was exactly what our 4-person family needed to explore the Cape from Barnstable to Chatham. The heavy-duty wagon in the shed was incredible for Mayflower Beach - thank you! We had a great stay and hope to be back soon.

This cottage had everything we needed and then some! The fenced in backyard, fire pit, and deck made the space very relaxing. The cottage was very clean and communication with Jenn was easy. The area is quiet and centrally located for day trips to Chatham, Dennis, Falmouth. We only wish we could have stayed for 2 weeks! 😀. Thanks for the use of your beach chairs. 2 fewer items that we had to pack into an already full car 👍

My daughters and I had a great time at the Squeeze Inn. Everything went smoothly - access to the house was very straight-forward. Jenn and Sean were attentive - made sure we got in & checked on us to make sure things were going well. We loved the house & the outdoor space is great. S'mores around the firepit was one of many highlights. We would not hesitate to stay there again. Thanks to Sean & Jenn.

The Squeeze Inn was perfect for our family of four. After delaying our visit twice due to covid restrictions/border closures we were happy to finally make the trip to the Cape. The cottage had everything we needed for our two week stay. We enjoyed being able to dine on the deck, enjoyed the fire pit and the outdoor shower was the go to option throughout our stay. Location is perfect for being able to access all the Cape has to offer. Close to lots of amenities. Shed had enough room to store our 4 bikes and was filled with all kind of beach essentials. So looking forward to coming back.

Even better than the first time. Host keeps making updates to the cottage. Everything is in great shape, nicely decorated and clean! Wonderful Pinot was waiting for us chilled in the fridge upon arrival! Highly recommended fenced in cottage!

End of school year break
We had a great stay with our daughters, as a kickoff to summer vacation. Jenn was great with all communication throughout the reservation process and during the stay. Great outdoor shower, and deck spaces to sit and relax after a day at the beach.

Sweet cottage
Our family of four (2 adults, 2 children) stayed at this home for a long weekend getaway. Check in process was easy. The house was nicely decorated and felt very relaxing as soon as we arrived. Extremely clean house and had everything we needed for our trip. The beds were comfortable and neighborhood felt very family-friendly and safe. Great central location to explore Cape Cod, which we did plenty of during our stay. Our hosts were readily available if we needed anything. Would highly recommend this rental and would stay here again!

This cottage is great!

Just what we needed..
We're a young family of three and the cottage was perfect for us. Had everything we needed and more.The owners were more than accommodating even put mermaid sheets on the bed for you daughter! Close to all the sights we wanted to see, biking the CC Rail Trail, Smuggler's Beach, May Flower Beach, Downtown Hyannis, and more. In addition to that all your shopping needs are less than a mile away.

Fantastic cottage in a great location!
Sean and Jenn's cottage was clean and inviting. It was also fully stocked with everything we needed for our week on the cape and close enough to the beach for us to walk! We would definitely stay there again in the future :). 5-stars across the board!

Husband, dog and I had a wonderful stay at the Squeeze In! Very clean, stocked with everything you need, furnished and decorated with love and care this place is the ideal cottage on the Cape! In addition the place has a fenced in yard and it is close to the beach and restaurants. The owners are great people and very responsive! We will definitely book again! Thank you Jenn and Sean!

My husband and I spent our anniversary week at this lovely cottage called the Squeeze Inn. It was the perfect place, cozy, beautifully decorated, very functional kitchen with anything you need including most of the essentials for cooking. There is a beautiful private backyard with a fire pit, nice patio and grill and a shed with beach essentials and, important for us, a place where we could store our bicycles. Since it had gotten already cool, we didn't use the outside shower, but I am sure that's a real plus for the warmer weather. The queen bed was very comfortable and the second bedroom is absolutely lovely with 2 twin beds, which we didn't use. The neighborhood is very quiet and yet you are close to shopping and restaurants. We walked to the beach a few times, (less than 15 minutes). The Cape Code Rail Trail is also close by as well as golf courses. The stay at the Squeeze Inn was for us a perfect combination of relaxing and keeping active, exploring nearby attractions. Jen and Sean the owners were extremely accommodating and at our arrival there was even a bottle of wine waiting for us. We can't recommend this beautiful well kept and clean cottage enough.

Loved this place!
I was looking for a quiet getaway with my boyfriend and this cottage was so cute and met all of our needs. It was modern, clean and the backyard was our favorite. We loved the lights in the yard, the fire pit and grill. The neighborhood was very peaceful and we were close to so many places. The owners, Jenn and Sean, left a bottle of wine for us with a nice note and checked on us to make sure we were ok with everything. I can’t wait to go back!

Wonderful getaway!
Once I found the cottage on the website, everything was done online and was very easy. Step by step process and simple to follow. The hosts were very accommodating and added so many little touches to the home. It was a wonderful place to stay!

Beautiful, clean, bright
The cottage was wonderful for our family of 4. The only negative I could possibly say was we were not able to stay longer!
The backyard is spacious, with plenty of seating for the firepit. A picnic table on the deck and a grill rounded out a great outdoor experience (with plenty of space for the kids to play). We were so busy with our weekend, I only wish we'd had more time to enjoy it.
Inside the space was decorated beautifully, was very clean, and had plenty of drawer space to be able unpack our suitcases/hang clothes in the closets.
The kitchen had everything we needed, as did the bathroom and the outdoor shower was soooo nice. There is also a washer/dryer.
The location was great, and it's a short walk to the beach. Correspondence with the owner was very easy, and the owner is very responsive. I would definitely recommend staying here. :-)
