It is centrally located and literally steps from the beach. Large private back yard with great features for the family. The kitchen could use some updating, but it was sufficient for our needs.

My mother, my aunts, and I have rented many houses over the years. And, while we don’t agree on everything, we all agree this is the best house we have ever stayed in. The house was immaculate. The walk to the beach was easy. The backpack beach chairs were fantastic. The owner was quick to respond and easy to work with. We loved the way the house was decorated. Even the neighbors were nice. We ALL AGREE that if we are lucky enough to make it to the Cape next year, we would rent this house again. If I were lucky enough to own a beach house, I would like it to be just like this one.

Check in was very smooth. The kitchen was well equipped and allowed us to cook most of our meals at home. Overall an amazing stay! Highly recommend.

Everything exceeded our expectations - location, amenities, cleanliness, and responsiveness to messages. This is a truly special house, one we would return to time and again.
