This bungalow welcomes dogs. While we clean thoroughly between every stay, this home may not be suitable for guests with severe pet allergies. Guests with pet allergies assume responsibility when booking.

☝️ Any property damage must be reported immediately for prompt replacement/repair
🔍Forgotten items must be reported within 24 hours to arrange retrieval (the $35 handling fee will be deducted from the security deposit)
🐕 PET POLICY
Your furry friend is welcome with these requirements:
✔️ Dog Allowed (1 under 35 lbs with prior approval + non-refundable $60/night pet fee)
- Must be crate trained and confined when unattended
- All pet waste must be collected in provided bags, sealed, and disposed of in proper trash receptacles
- No other type of animals allowed.

To finalize your booking and ensure the understanding of the house rules for both safety and enjoyment of all guests, the following are required:
- Completed and signed rental agreement
- Valid government-issued identification on file

We arrived to a very clean, and beautiful condominium that was well appointed with all the necessary things that we needed for cooking, coffee, etc. the beds were comfortable and the patio was so very nice for morning coffee. The location was close to everything, but it is more like a 10 minute walk to the beach. We drove most places by did walk to a handful of restaurants.Check in and out was a breeze, communication excellent, and the rate was very reasonable for the quality and location.We will come back!

Very nice place; spacious, good living room, kitchen/dining, bedrooms, and bathrooms. Host was very quick and courteous in addressing issues. The only problems we had were minor: the electronic door lock was inoperable (dead battery?) but there was a backup key in a lock box (excellent pre-planning for issues) and the shower door was misaligned which could lead to breakage. Neither were addressed during our 5 day stay, but were only a minor inconvenience.

What a wonderful time we had at this BEAUTIFUL bungalow. It was PERFECTLY located for our trip to the Gulf Shores softball tournament. It was so well stocked, extremely clean, and not a detail was left out. We will definitely book this property again.
