Comfortable places to sit dominate the living area, where there is a flat screen television and a DVD player. Stainless steel appliances in the kitchen include a flat top range, and there are granite countertops as well as plenty of cookware. Two stools at the breakfast counter are complemented by a wood table with four chairs. Four chairs and another table are on the balcony. This is the perfect place to watch people, boats, and perhaps dolphins, too. Your master bedroom suite offers a king-size bed, a wall-mounted flat screen television, balcony access, and a bathroom with a sink, extended vanity counter, and a tub and shower combination. The guest bedroom has a flat screen television on top of a bureau, a pair of full-size beds, and a similar bathroom.

On-site paid parking is available and managed by the property's HOA. Parking passes can be purchased upon arrival and are valid for the duration of your stay. Please be sure to display the pass clearly on your driver's side dashboard at all times while on the property.
