We really enjoyed our stay, especially the peacefulness of the season and watching nature from the backyard. Being able to walk to Kream 'N Kone and go boating right from the backyard were things we truly appreciated. Nina was flexible and very responsive. Overall, a pleasant experience. We will definitely be back!

Great property in a great location with easy access to shops, activities and restaurants. We arrived to a very clean and easily accessible house. The location is right on Swan River with backyard access. For those with kayaks and paddle boards this place is perfect. Although on a main road we found the house quiet. Nina our host was very accommodating and was eager to help with any questions or concerns. Although the house may appear small, with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms it’s easy to find privacy. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would recommend it.

No problem with VRBO or owner in renting this property.

Host contacted me outside of VRBO to renegotiate for a higher rate, requesting I cancel if not agreeable. Was handled. But- she got her revenge by denying us hot water when I needed to get ready for an event. And, instead of getting a repair person immediately, to relight the pilot light, she had my daughter climb into the cobwebby, spidery basement for her. Only got someone there when I requested to be moved somewhere else. House and location were otherwise suitable for my needs.
